3. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services agree to:

  • Ensure timely approvals and decisions to avoid project delays.
  • Make payments as per the agreed schedule and terms.
  • Abide by all applicable laws and regulations related to construction and development.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, drawings, text, graphics, logos, videos, and images, is the intellectual property of klimArt Architects Pvt. Ltd., unless otherwise stated.

  • All architectural concepts, drawings, renderings, models, and documentation produced for clients remain the intellectual property of klimArt Architects Pvt. Ltd., unless explicitly transferred in writing.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our materials is strictly prohibited.
  • Clients may use final deliverables for project implementation purposes only, not for resale or third-party redistribution without written consent.

5. Project Timelines and Delays

We strive to meet all project milestones as agreed; however, delays may occur due to:

  • Changes in client requirements or scope
  • Delays in approvals from regulatory bodies
  • Natural disasters, labor disputes, or other force majeure events
  • Delays caused by third-party vendors or consultants

We will notify clients of any expected delays and work to mitigate them wherever possible.

6. Payments and Fees

  • All fees will be detailed in the service agreement or quotation shared prior to project commencement.
  • Payments are due as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may attract a penalty or lead to work suspension.
