The KTPOPavilion serves as a versatile trade and exhibition hub, offering expansive open exhibition halls, a grand conference hall. The project aims to drive global competitiveness for Indian industries. The pavilion is a crucial part ofKarnataka's strategy to maintain its position as an economic leader in India.
The ground floor layout has been designed for an exhibition space with foldable stage, a reception, VIP lounge, pantry and multi-purpose rooms. The first floor comprises of a reception and waiting area, multiple conference and meeting rooms, workstations, cabins, store rooms, and server rooms. With its cutting-edge technology, sustainable design, and flexible usage spaces, the pavilion will serve as a hub for innovation, networking, and global trade.




Key Features:
1. Exhibition and Conference Space
- Exhibition Hall: The pavilion's centerpiece is a spacious, column-free exhibition hall spanning over 5,000 sq. meters. This is designed with advanced architectural features and cutting-edge technology. It has also been equipped with motorized movable partitions that allow the space to be divided into three separate zones, with independent entry and exit provisions ensuring simultaneous use for multiple events and seamless operation during concurrent events.
- Conference Hall: The large 1,500 sq. meter conference hall will cater to international business or event needs.
2. Innovative Roof and Structural Design
- The pavilion features a specialized roof design combining structural steel and RCC elements, allowing for a span of more than 50 meters without the need for intermediate columns.
- The roof incorporates hooks for hanging objects during exhibitions, providing flexibility in display and usage.
3. Foldable Stage and Multi-Purpose Rooms
- A portable, foldable stage is included, making the space suitable for various events, from exhibitions to performances.
4. Additional Facilities
- Additional facilities include a reception area, VIP lounge, pantry, meeting rooms, and workstations.
5. Sustainable and Green Features
- The pavilion's design incorporates green building practices and is targeted to achieve GRIHA-3 or higher certification.
- Solar-powered systems, including photovoltaic generators and solar water heating, are part of the project's commitment to sustainability.
6. Accessibility and Amenities
- The pavilion is designed to be fully accessible, including provisions for differently-abled persons and facilities such as lifts, restrooms, and ramps.
7. Flooring and Interior Design
- The floor design is robust, capable of supporting heavy loads, and topped with vitrified designer tiles.
- Acoustically optimized wall and ceiling designs enhance the exhibition environment, and external glazing minimizes sound transmission and thermal heat.
